Returns and Refunds Procedure

You have the right to cancel your order within the first 7 working days from your delivery. You must notify us within these 7 working days if you wish to return your item, you will then be issued with an authorized return number and you must quote this on all paperwork & parcels.

Goods must be returned in good condition ready for re-sale (As New), and must be in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals. Goods must be unused and packaged in good condition.

Goods must be returned to our returns department within 14 days from authorization. We are unable to accept returns back of un-wanted or non-faulty products after the 14 days time period.

Free gifts supplied with the products must also be returned in good working order.

We are unable to accept consumable returns, i.e. - Software/Ink/Toners/Games etc.

Please note:

Returns will not be accepted without the authorized returns number, this can result in it being lost in the post as it will not be accepted. Unwanted items must be returned at your own cost and risk.

Refunds:

The full refund for the cost of goods depends on all of the above criteria being met, and after the goods have been inspected.

  • If goods are received back complete and as new, unused, original packaging including all accessories and in re-sellable condition: then you will be refunded the full amount less the original delivery charge.
  • Goods received back complete as new in original box, but the accessories are missing: then you will not be refunded until these goods are also returned, or you will be charge for the missing products.
  • Goods received back in a non re-sellable condition: We will be unable to accept these goods back under the above terms & conditions and the goods will be sent back to you and the cost of delivery will also be charged to your account.

Faulty Goods

If your goods have arrived in a faulty condition then you must report this to us within 28 days of receipt, (for business customers it is 14 days) but this is dependent on the manufacturers warranty and therefore we always advise ringing to check. Once authorized as a return the product must then be returned within 14 days. Once the goods are collected by us and inspected and approved then you will be offered either a full refund or identical replacement. If an identical product replacement is not available or has been discontinued, then two options are available:

Firstly, you will be offered a full refund at the purchased price; or secondly you will be offered the most suitable replacement for this product. If the most suitable replacement is more expensive then this extra amount will be charged, if however it is less expensive then difference in the amount will be refunded. If you require a refund then we will refund you via your original payment method.

Damaged in Transit

If your goods have arrived and were damaged in transit then you must report this to us within the first 7 days. If the goods are visibly damaged on receipt, it is better to sign for them as damaged. Once the damaged goods have been collected and checked by our warehouse we will then issue you a refund.

Goods Faulty in the Warranty Period

If you are reporting faulty goods after the 28 days of receipt, then you need to speak to the manufacturer as your warranty is with them. You will be entitled to a warranty repair, in some cases on site warranty is supplied or telephone help lines where they have all the information to hand. You would need to contact the warranty help lines to discuss your fault/repair for more details on the specific manufacturer please see below
